Office space design for a group of creative urban planners situated in a corner of Vanke LiuXianDong design commune. 

Semi-exterior spaces are pushed out to maximise the outdoor identity while interiors are made transparent in-between and toward outside. Half-covered courtyard with outdoor seating and view to open sky brings in nature, encouraging informal meeting and various leisure activities.
