As a pioneer practice of seamless connection among People, Projects and Place, the Vanke Router project will be composed of both the actual and the virtual space, online membership community as the virtual and co-working office space as the real.

We divided this 1000 m2 space into three zones: Sharing, Office and Factory. The cafeteria at entry is responsible for reception and management of the space. Light meals, drinks are supplied and free to all members. You can rest, chat, exercise, and even take a nap in the Sharing zone, space of which is flexible enough to hold large events of more than 100 people. A dynamic space planning makes it possible to house large scale events. 

Sharing and Office are isolated by a group of characteristic meeting rooms, some of which may easily be converted into larger meeting rooms. Each set of work stations are equipped with lockers for creative users. Similarly, the self-service material library and the modelshop management are located as a partition between Workshop and Maker space to minimize noise and pollution.
